Stopped by Bibo today before going to an event. It was my first time going to the south bibos, as I usually go to the other two locations.
This Bibo location was by far the nicest and best experience I've had. The employee working was really kind! She even laughed when I was talking to my friend about a story which was really personable.
The only downside was I wasn't a huge fan of my drink. I got the Leia latte and it was too spicy for me. I saw it had cayenne, but I felt it over powered the other flavors. That's okay though, I like to try new things!
Overall a pleasant experience -

this place is alright but nothing special. stopped by on the weekend to sip coffee while studying. the space works well for this... plenty of studying-friendly seating, comfortable chairs, not overly busy/loud. however, there's no wifi (free or otherwise), so my study session ultimately had to be relocated elsewhere for this reason.
customer service was adequate. i ordered a cortado but received a cappuccino. after requesting a remake, i received the same drink (a cappucino) again, and so just chalked it up to the barista not understanding what a cortado is. not a huge deal, but kind of a bummer (especially when paying $4.50 for a cortado). -

A little preface:
We just moved to the area (within walking distance) in November. We eat out 4-5 times a week and were delighted to find a local coffee shop in such a great little boutique shopping area. Our expectations were high, hoping to have a new spot to walk the dog to for morning coffee on the weekends (noting weekends; as I have crafted our latte's using my Pasquini for 20 years now on weekdays we are home).
Today was our third or fourth visit with the same results. Mind you I can handle a poorly executed latte on occasion, a barista that is having a bad morning (although in hospitality, ya got to suck it up), no greeting upon entering to order, dirty tables outside, and last but not least a non existent "Thank You" upon paying.
Coming from NorCal we are used to less than stellar customer service, it's the norm, but in Reno for the most part we have had wonderful experiences. Being a Starbucks fan from way back (frequented the first one in San Francisco daily for four years) I was very surprised at the friendly super service at the South Meadows location. We would much prefer to spend our money locally than a chain, but I can't do it feeling like I'm doing someone a favor by walking in the door and interrupting their behind the counter conversations.
We understand there are a few more of these in Reno, unfortunately while out exploring our new hometown we won't be stopping at any of them for fear of the culture presented at Foothill.
We always support small business first, but this one needs to learn the basics:

Best macchiato since being in Australia. Nice place with friendly staff who know how to make a great cup of coffee.

Met up with a colleague for coffee at the Bibo's on foothill. I had no idea that this location existed. This shopping center has a lot of parking.
There is indoor and outdoor seating. Many of the tables and chairs are occupied by students doing homework or meeting up for projects. There are also sofas by the entrance. The ambiance indoors is very laid back. The staff is friendly and patient. Their coffee selection is limited however you can make your drink hot, iced or blended which is cool. If you're not in the mood for coffee they also have gelato available. I ordered an iced white mocha and we opted to sit outside and enjoy the weather.
